Moody park Homes

Completed in 2012, Moody Park Homes is a three-story townhome community designed to complement the heritage character of New Westminster’s Uptown neighbourhood. This well-crafted development features 16 thoughtfully designed townhomes, built with quality, functionality, and long-term value in mind.

The project was designed with heritage-inspired architecture that blends seamlessly into the neighbourhood while incorporating modern construction standards. A mix of 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom + den townhomes were built with durable materials, engineered hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, ensuring both longevity and aesthetic appeal. The homes also include secure underground parking, open-air patios, and efficient layouts that maximize space and natural light.
