Lotus – Heritage Homes

At G4 Construction, we recognize the importance of preserving the city’s history while creating modern, livable communities. As part of The Lotus development, we took on the challenge of conserving and integrating three early 20th-century heritage homes—the Brown, Dill, and Kleiber Residences—into the project. These homes, originally located at 406 and 408 Eighth Street and 809 Fourth Avenue, embody the historic charm of New Westminster’s residential neighbourhoods.

Rather than demolishing these homes, we carefully relocated and restored them to the front of the development, ensuring they maintained their architectural integrity while adapting them for modern living. The heritage homes now consist of one single-family residence and two duplexes, totalling five unique residential units that offer a rare blend of historic character and contemporary functionality.
